Add My Application Template

Overview

This section introduces how to configure and add an Enterprise WeChat application template on the IDaaS platform.

Prerequisites

The Enterprise WeChat approval engine has already been configured on the IDaaS platform /guide/admin/workflow/wechatwork/engine.html.

Configuration Process

Steps

Add Enterprise WeChat Approval Template on IDaaS Platform

Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform, select "Settings > Approval Flow Configuration > Enterprise WeChat Approval Engine" from the top navigation bar, click on Approval Templates, and create an approval template.

Configure Template Approval Process in Enterprise WeChat Admin Console

Log in to the Enterprise WeChat Admin Console (opens new window), navigate to "Application Management > Applications > Approval" to enter the approval application details. At the bottom of the page, select the template just added to configure the approval process.

Configure Template Approval Notifications in Enterprise WeChat Admin Console

Log in to the Enterprise WeChat Admin Console (opens new window), navigate to "Application Management > Applications > Approval" to enter the approval application details. Go to "API" to access the callback address configuration interface, and enable the callback notification for the template just configured.
