Configuring Cloud Office Password-Free Login

Overview

This section describes the configuration process for Cloud Office authentication login functionality. After configuring the integration of the Cloud Office authentication source on the IDaaS platform, refer to this module to configure password-free login for various application systems via Cloud Office.

Prerequisites

• Have administrator privileges on the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform.
• Have already created an application on the Cloud Office Open Platform.
• The application has been integrated on the IDaaS platform.
• Have already configured the Cloud Office authentication source on the IDaaS platform.

Configuration Process

Steps

Configuring Cloud Office Authentication for an Application

1. Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform. In the top navigation bar, select "Resources > Applications". Taking the User Center application as an example, select "User Center", switch to the "Login Configuration" tab, scroll down to Cloud Office, and enable the previously added Cloud Office authentication source.

   

Verifying Cloud Office Authentication Login

The actual process of Cloud Office authentication login is related to the "When user is not associated" option in Configuring the Cloud Office Authentication Source. Please refer to the on-screen prompts for login.

1. The user logs into the Cloud Office web client. On the "Applications > View All Applications" page, click the User Center application. It will redirect to the User Center unified authentication login page. Use IDaaS account/password or mobile number to log into the User Center.

   

2. The user logs into the Cloud Office mobile client. Select "Portal", click the in the upper right corner to enter the "Application Center" page. Click the User Center application to log into the User Center using Cloud Office account credentials.
