Unable to Access IDaaS After Configuring a Custom Domain

Issue Description

After configuring a custom enterprise domain and replacing the built-in IDaaS domain, the interface appears as follows when accessed.

Possible Cause

The domain certificate has not been filed (ICP备案) on Alibaba Cloud.

Solution

Please check whether the certificate has completed the filing process on Alibaba Cloud. If it has been filed, wait for 5-10 minutes, then refresh and try accessing again. Alternatively, contact technical support for further inspection.
