Identity Synchronization

# Description

This article describes how to synchronize organization and personnel data from IDaaS to Cloud Academy Xuanxing, enabling data flow from IDaaS to Cloud Academy Xuanxing.

# Prerequisites

Possess administrator permissions for the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform.

# Synchronization Configuration

# IDaaS Configuration

  1. Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform, select "Resources > Applications", add the pre-integrated application Cloud Academy Xuanxing, and configure the application parameters. Key parameters are as follows.

    Parameter Description
    apikey Obtain the enterprise's API Key from Cloud Academy.
    sercetkey Obtain the enterprise's Secret Key from Cloud Academy.
    islink Whether to synchronize basic user information. Default is true.
    isClearEmailAndMobile Whether to clear email and mobile numbers. Default is false (use when disabled).
    isBaseInfo Whether to synchronize basic organization information. Default is false.

  2. After configuration is complete, go to the application details, switch to the "Authorization Management > Application Accounts" page, click "Authorization Policy" to enable automatic user authorization, select the user scope, click the save button, and then click "Execute Addition".

  3. After successful execution, switch to the "Authorization Management > Synchronization Events" page to view the corresponding synchronization event results.

    • Similarly, automatic organization authorization can be enabled, and organization synchronization results can be viewed.
    • User deletion synchronization operations are not supported.
    • Synchronization of fields related to WeChat and DingTalk in extended attributes is not currently supported.

# View Synchronization Results

Log in to the Cloud Academy Xuanxing management backend to view synchronized user information.
