# Description

This application template includes login authentication, as well as account and organizational structure synchronization functions. They can be configured simultaneously or individually. If only one option is selected, the required data for the other can be temporarily filled with dummy data. This document describes the synchronization configuration between NetEase Enterprise Email and IDaaS, enabling the synchronization of IDaaS organization and user data to NetEase Enterprise Email.

# Prerequisites

  • The administrator has access to the IDaaS Enterprise Center.
  • Possess an Enterprise DiDi administrator account.

# Synchronization Configuration

# Enterprise DiDi Configuration

  1. Log in to Enterprise DiDi (opens new window) using an administrator account.

  2. Enter the Management Center.

  3. Navigate to 【Management System】 --> 【Application Management】 --> 【Create Production Environment Application】 to create an Enterprise DiDi production application.

  4. Select 【Enterprise Management API】 for the interface type, choose 【Internal Enterprise Application】 for the application type, and set the production server IP to: 47.92.171.137.

  5. Go to 【Management System】 --> 【Application Management】 --> 【View Details】 to check the Enterprise DiDi application configuration.

# IDaaS Configuration

  1. Add the pre-integrated Enterprise DiDi application.

  2. Authentication parameters can be temporarily filled with dummy data, then configure the synchronization parameters.

    Parameter Description
    App ID Log in to the Enterprise DiDi Open Center, create a production environment application, click the View Details button to see the Client ID
    App Secret Log in to the Enterprise DiDi Open Center, create a production environment application, click the View Details button to see the Client Secret
    Signing Key Log in to the Enterprise DiDi Open Center, create a production environment application, click the View Details button to see the Sign Key
    Contact Phone Log in to the Enterprise DiDi Open Center, create a production environment application, click the View Details button to see the Phone
    Company ID Log in to the Enterprise DiDi Open Center, create a production environment application, click the View Details button to see the Company ID
  3. After configuration is complete, save it, click Test. After a successful test, save the application.

# Frequently Asked Questions

  • If the number of departments exceeds 2000, contact the Enterprise DiDi liaison to lift the limit on adding departments.
  • Mobile phone numbers not registered with DiDi cannot be used for single sign-on when registered as Enterprise DiDi.
