Esensoft BI Data Synchronization

Identity Synchronization

# Description

This document describes how to synchronize organization and personnel data from IDaaS to Esensoft BI, enabling the flow of data from IDaaS to Esensoft BI.

# Prerequisites

  • Possess an administrator account and password for Esensoft BI.
  • Possess administrator permissions for the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform.

# Synchronization Configuration

# IDaaS Configuration

  1. Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform, select "Resources > Applications", and add the pre-integrated application Esensoft BI.

  2. Configure the application parameters. Key parameters are as follows.

    Parameter Description
    Server Address Interface call address
    id Account for logging into Esensoft BI
    password Password for logging into Esensoft BI
    Esensoft BI Organization Code The code of the organization on the Esensoft BI side. Data synchronization will be mounted under this organization. To create a root department, fill in --.

  3. After configuration is complete, enter the application details, switch to the "Authorization Management > Application Accounts" page, click "Authorization Policy" to enable automatic user authorization, select the user scope, click the save button, and then click "Execute Add".

  4. After successful execution, switch to the "Authorization Management > Synchronization Events" page to view the corresponding synchronization event results.

    Similarly, automatic organization authorization can be enabled and the organization synchronization results can be viewed.

# View Synchronization Results

Log in to the Esensoft BI management backend to view the synchronized user information.
