2nd Personnel Department Data Synchronization
# Description
This article explains how to synchronize organization and personnel data from IDaaS to the 2nd Personnel Department, enabling data flow from IDaaS to the 2nd Personnel Department.
# Prerequisites
- Have administrator permissions for the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform.
- The enterprise has been connected to the 2nd Personnel Department.
# Synchronization Configuration
# IDaaS Configuration
Log in to the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform, select "Resources > Applications", add the pre-integrated application "2nd Personnel Department". Refer to the relevant content in 2nd Personnel Department Single Sign-On for authentication configuration parameters. The key parameters for application synchronization integration are as follows.
Parameter Description Enterprise ID Enter the enterprise's ID in the 2nd Personnel Department. Contact the对接 personnel to obtain the corpId Enterprise Secret Enter the enterprise's secret in the 2nd Personnel Department. Contact the对接 personnel to obtain the corpSecret After configuration is complete, go to the application details, switch to the "Authorization Management > Application Accounts" page, click "Authorization Policy" to enable automatic user authorization, select the user scope, click the save button, and then click Execute Add.
After successful execution, switch to the "Authorization Management > Synchronization Events" page to view the corresponding synchronization event results.
Similarly, you can enable automatic organization authorization and view the synchronization results for organizations.
