Scenario Description

Bamboo Cloud IDaaS Identity Cloud comes pre-integrated with numerous upstream identity source applications, such as DingTalk, Feishu, WeCom, AD, Beisen HR, Xinren Xinshi, 2hao HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Fanwei OA, etc. With simple parameter configuration, it is ready to use out of the box, enabling quick data synchronization of organizational structures and personnel from enterprise HR applications without any code modifications or development.

What if an enterprise's HR system is not included in the pre-integrated identity source list? IDaaS Identity Cloud provides relevant identity management APIs for organizations, users, user groups, application organizations, application accounts, etc. Enterprises can perform code development and integration based on these identity management interfaces to achieve real-time synchronization of organizational department and personnel information changes from the enterprise HR system to the IDaaS Identity Cloud platform.

Preparation

Before formally calling the identity management interfaces, enterprise administrators need to create a custom enterprise application on the IDaaS Enterprise Center platform. For detailed information, please refer to the Preparation section for APP mobile authentication.

Calling the API

Please follow the API Calling Instructions to call the organization management and user management related interfaces to synchronize organizational department and personnel information from the HR system to IDaaS.
